## 7. Consider Organic Milk Carefully
Organic milk can be more expensive than conventional milk, which makes warehouse pricing particularly interesting to shoppers who prefer organic products.
However, the same bulk-buying rules still apply.
Before purchasing a larger quantity, consider how much your household actually consumes and whether you’ll be able to use it efficiently.
It’s also important to compare like with like.
Comparing the price of conventional milk at one store with organic milk at another doesn’t tell you much about value.
Instead, compare the same type and size of product.
If organic milk is important to your household, Costco may be worth considering, but you should still check current prices and available package sizes at your local warehouse.
